actually it depends on how active u r ,klu sehari kita active bekerja,amik kalori byk pun still akan burn fat tu,if utk pengguna JDM5 mmg 1000kalori sehari sbb yg lain semua dh ada dlm ingredient JDM5

hai..i'm a dietitian from HKL..
may i know what sources you get to publish all the calories?
so far that i'm concerned,it is not true from what we're practising here in HKL or other hospital or even in dietetic field..so please tell me the sources..if u're using diet sheet..want to tell you that is is outdated.
